PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

This six-day course is designed to prepare individuals who have already obtained full esthetic certification of a diploma to challenge the CIDESCO Beauty Therapy exam. CIDESCO certification is internationally recognized and accepted, and is widely viewed as the most sought-after and prestigious Beauty Therapy diploma, expanding professional opportunities to Estheticians in Canada and around the world.

This preparatory course is open to individuals who have an Esthetic/Beauty Therapy certification or diploma covering theory and practical training in the following subjects:

Candidates must also provide references confirming that they have had 3 years of gainful employment as an Esthetician/Beauty Therapist, or documentation confirming that they have been self-employed as an Esthetician/Beauty Therapist for at least 3 years Documentation and transcripts of courses may be required.

This course will include training on:

Body Analysis | Cellulite Reduction Treatments | Electrotherapy for the Body

In addition, the course requires the candidate to commit to a significant amount of self-study in Anatomy and Physiology, Cosmetic Science, Dermatological Topics, Electrical Therapies, a case study project, as well as previously studied subjects. The CIDESCO exam will be conducted by an international CIDESCO Examiner.
