After seven years in the industry, Tamara opened her own clinic, The Lasers Edge, in Calgary, where she ran a successful business for 10 years. During this time, she honed her expertise with various laser technologies, delivering excellent results through personalized protocols tailored to each client. In 2006, she was awarded a certificate of excellence for her advanced knowledge in laser technology. This expertise has been invaluable, not only in her practice but also in her role as an educator. Since 2009, Tamara has been teaching laser courses at The Esthetic Institute Training Center, where she takes great pride in training and inspiring future industry leaders.

Tamara also has experience hosting and presenting on a variety of medical-grade laser devices, thoroughly explaining the science behind the technology and outlining protocols to achieve the best results. This experience has deepened her understanding and further enhanced her ability to educate both clients and students on how to use these devices effectively.
